Generally, no. However if you have a chronic medical condition that is being managed by your GP under Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) you may be eligible for a rebate for up to five physiotherapy treatments per year. Yes, you may receive a rebate if you have extras cover as part of your policy. Our clinics have HICAPS which allows you to claim your health fund rebate on the spot, leaving only the gap to pay. You will need to have your health fund card with you to access this service.

This allows us to schedule waitlisted patients for treatment. Please check our appointment cancellation policy and whether fees apply for late cancellation.

Your physiotherapist will take a detailed history about your injury/condition, they will then conduct necessary physical assessments and provide you with the relevant treatment for your diagnosis.
Physiotherapists assess and diagnose injuries and conditions, provide treatment and exercise advice. Massage therapists provide manual releases to muscles, fascia and joints using a range of techniques including soft tissue massage, trigger point release and stretching.
