PhyxMe founder and senior physiotherapist, Megan Thomas is one of Cairns' leading sports-based physios and sports trainers. With more than 16 years experience in private practice Megan's passion for the human body has seen her undertake further clinical training in areas such as dry needling, running biomechanics, science of cycling and numerous knee assessment and rehabilitation courses. She has worked closely with athletes and teams including Touch Football Australia, Saints AFNC Cairns and the Commonwealth Games basketball series.
Megan has a passion for treating pre and post natal women and babies and works closely with referring Obstetricians, Paediatricians, GPs and Midwives. As a mum of two young children, Megan has a particular sensitivity and demonstrates an incredible level of care for women with pregnancy related conditions.
As well as a being a treating physiotherapist, Megan has a significant role in the management and operations of the business.
